I have been riding and racing for 28 years. If you are expecting a
$1000 wheel set, these aren't. But these are what I would expect for
$350-$500. I bought these for my son. They were about 1mm out of true,
and the bearings were just a bit too tight. Only took a few minutes to
adjust to near perfect. They were however nearly perfectly round. This
was a very pleasant surprise. For the price, you will have a very
difficult time finding something better. My son rides to and from work
every day on these. Should there be any complications, I'll follow-up
here. BTW, the out of true could certainly have been cause by UPS. :)

I have had this set of wheels for over a year now. This is my 3rd year
racing and I bought them right after CAT 5. I raced 1/2 year up to CAT 3
on them and now I am about to become CAT 2 and these wheels have
carried me the whole way. 1st maintain them. 2nd these aren't light
carbon wheels, but they are light enough to race effectively on. I
compare them to any 300 to 500 dollar set of wheels, but with 50 more
grams of weight on them. Now that I am upgrading wheels, these wheel
still be my wheel truck/pit wheels. I will still train on them daily and
for a CAT 2 that is 12-14 hours a week and sometimes more.
